Placer County is requesting community input on the future of the site formerly known as the Dollar Creek Crossing housing development. The previous version of the Dollar Creek Crossing development has been canceled. The County is now in the process of gathering feedback on what type of housing the community wants to see constructed at the site. This feedback will inform a Request for Proposals set to be released in early 2027 for construction of a new project. There are two ways to participate in this process: attend the community meeting on September 2 and respond to an online survey.
