Foster community involvement in addressing housing challenges and advocating for change. -
Launch the ADU Accelerator program —creating 20 new units within 2 years. -
Establish a solid foundation for our organization to effectively address and advocate for the community’s housing needs. -
Active participation in the TRPA’s housing code amendment process. -
Commit to ongoing education to enhance our expertise and extend our support services for small to mid-sized housing projects beyond ADUs. Coming in 2025.
