At Tahoe Housing Hub, we’re committed to creating more housing for our local workforce by assisting housing project applicants in navigating the complex approval process they face today; and, advocating for streamlined approvals, better incentives and community support for housing projects and programs.

By lowering barriers and increasing opportunities

Year One Priorities
Foster community involvement in addressing housing challenges and advocating for change.
Launch the ADU Accelerator program —creating 20 new units within 2 years.
Establish a solid foundation for our organization to effectively address and advocate for the community’s housing needs.
Active participation in the TRPA’s housing code amendment process.
Commit to ongoing education to enhance our expertise and extend our support services for small to mid-sized housing projects beyond ADUs. Coming in 2025.
