Placer County Board of Supervisors: Two Important Items

The Placer County Board of Supervisors will discuss next steps for Dollar Creek Crossing, a proposed housing development near schools, transit, and community services in North Lake Tahoe. Your input can help shape housing options for residents and workers. Placer County will also review “Launchpad,” a proposed program offering incentives to build housing for local workers. This could encourage more housing to be developed, helping address our community’s critical housing shortage. Meeting details will be posted here 72 hours prior to the date.
