Placer County staff had anticipated bringing an item on the Dollar Creek Crossing affordable housing development to the Board of Supervisors for consideration at its May 12 meeting.  However, there are ongoing discussions about the long-term funding plan for the project. The Ad-Hoc Committee for Funding and Fee Implementation also continues their work to identify sources and guidelines for the county’s affordable housing investments. Staff anticipates bringing an update on the Dollar Creek Crossing project to the Board on June 9.
