DESCRIPTION:TRPA’s Tahoe Living: Cultivating Community\, Conserving the Basin is a multi-year project with the goal of modernizing land use policies and the regional growth management system to create equitable and sustainable housing and improved climate resilience in the Tahoe Basin. Over the past 6-months\, the community has participated in a series of public workshops to provide input. The TRPA Advisory Planning Commission will hear initial policy recommendations and provide feedback during their December 10th meeting.
